We’re honored to spotlight The Home Depot Foundation as a key partner in our mission to empower individuals through skilled trades education. Through its Path to Pro Scholarship and related Path to Pro program, The Home Depot Foundation is addressing the nation’s skilled trades gap—with nearly 400,000 open roles—while also providing aspiring trades professionals with accessible pathways into rewarding careers.

Since the inception of Path to Pro, the Foundation has trained nearly 43,000 participants and introduced over 245,000 people to career possibilities within the skilled trades. 

 

In partnership with SkillPointe Foundation, The Home Depot Foundation has awarded more than 500 trades training scholarships since 2021, helping to make career training more affordable and accessible. 

 

Together, we are working to ensure that more individuals can pursue their career goals and secure fulfilling roles in high-demand industries.
