The SkillPointe Foundation functions at the intersection of Business Strategy, Philanthropy, and Public Policy.

 

We work with innovative companies, foundations, family offices, governments, and individuals to invest in strategic, skilled trades scholarships that help sponsoring organizations achieve business and philanthropic goals.

 

Since our founding in 2021, we’ve raised nearly $5 million to fund over 1,000 scholarships across 53 U.S. states and territories.

 

Partners include major brands like 3M, GE Vernova Foundation, The Home Depot Foundation, Norfolk Southern, Schneider Electric, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

 

Results include median post-training income gains of +$23,000 to +$41,000 per year and a 95%+ graduation/completion rate. 

 

Half our recipients come from households earning under $25,000 annually and 60% are from minority backgrounds.
